The diploma program in the Front Office is a special course curriculum for students who need to build their career in the field of customer relationship management, International hotel chains, airline crew members, airline ground staff, Events, Cruise and many more.

The Front Office holds prime importance in revenue generation as from the sale of rooms. It contributes to more than 50% of total hotel sales. It has a very important role in image building, which is the first and last point of contact for every guest.

This job role involves several activities such as reservation, welcome, registration, and assignment of rooms and acts as a continuous source of information to guests during their stay. Thus, a great effort is made to mobilize the course in such a way that students get a fair idea of this department.

The hand-crafted course is a detailed analysis of the right proportion of theoretical classes, demonstrations and practical classes in the well-designed & equipped practical labs and training area of the institute.

Course Objective

The program will run for a year with the scheduled sessions to develop the right attitude, enhance skills and promote knowledge. The course curriculum will develop customer relationship skills, guest service skills, customer care management, and administrative role of the departments and business development skills. The course will create the opportunity to work in Hospitality establishments, Cruise lines, Airlines, the Retail Sector, Front of the house in various industries, Concierge companies etc.
